This study aimed to evaluate the quality of engineering education at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology in Al-Bayda from the perspective of civil engineering students. This was achieved by: identifying the quality of the engineering curriculum; assessing the performance of faculty members; and evaluating the quality of the facilities and equipment The study also examined the quality of field training to enhance learning, competence, and skills for engineering students and graduates, preparing them for labor market demands. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was used, and a questionnaire was distributed (58) forms to collect data. The study sample consisted of regular civil engineering students for the fall semester of 2025-2026, and (56) forms suitable for analysis were retrieved. The SPSS program was used, and the study reached several results, the most important of which is: the existence of statistically significant differences in the level of quality of engineering education from the point of view of civil engineering students at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology in Al-Bayda The performance of faculty members is the strongest and most distinctive element in the quality of engineering education from the students' point of view, while the physical environment (halls and laboratories) and the availability of surveying equipment need more attention to raise their quality level.
